Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
YAMPH Industries accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment will only be charged once the order has been shipped.
YAMPH Industries reserves the right to adjust prices, correct pricing errors, cancel sold out items, and address technical issues.
Shipping & Delivery
YAMPH Industries ships within Denmark and to selected international destinations available at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is typically 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please note that pre-orders, limited collections, or custom-made items may require longer delivery times.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment.
YAMPH Industries cannot guarantee delivery times in the event of delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond the company’s control.
If a package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period and is returned to YAMPH Industries, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for reshipment.
Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact YAMPH Industries within the 14-day period at info@yamphindustries.com, including order details and the reason for return.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags, hygiene seal, and packaging. Customers are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Once the return has been approved and received, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
Exchanges (size or color) are offered free of charge.
The following items are excluded from the returns and refunds:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items where the hygiene seal has been broken
Claims & Complaints
Customers are entitled to a 24-month right to make a claim in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or damage caused by the customer.
If a customer wishes to make a claim regarding a product, YAMPH Industries must be contacted within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered at info@yamphindustries.com. Please include the order number and photos documenting the issue.
If the claim is approved, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction depending on the specific situation.
